A brief is a short version of a case study.

Close to the center of Prague and on the Vltava River, Danube House is beginning to transform a 66hectare (163-ac.) brownfield site once occupied by railway yards and storage sheds into a pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use district comprising offices, hotels, housing, shops, and restaurants. The overall business park development is known as River City. Danube House is the first building to be developed in River City, and it serves as a landmark and gateway from Prague.
