One of the first of its kind in Murray, Utah, a suburb of Salt Lake City, the new urbanist infill community has helped revitalize a formerly blighted area through environmental remediation and enhanced streetscapes. In addition, the project, developed by Hamlet Homes, was intended as workforce housing with opening prices starting at $140,000.
