A 55,604-square-foot redevelopment project bringing together sixteen 19th-century Victorian residences from scattered locations to a two-block urban site adjacent to the Oakland City Center mixed-use redevelopment project. The historic residences were renovated for use as office and meeting space and leased primarily to nonprofit, public-purpose organizations.
