The Greenwood

A 291-unit rental apartment community containing a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom units. Approximately 60 percent of the apartments have attached garages, the remainder have assigned covered parking spaces. The community consists of 26 two-story residential buildings, seven of which also have a lower level that is partially below grade, surrounding a large clubhouse with a pool and spa. The community is located in a suburban area near the region’s largest employment center and was built as a local economic recession was beginning to show signs of recovery.
