A 45-unit mixed-income housing development with 39 affordable rental units, four market-rate single-family houses, two moderately priced single-family houses, a child care center, and a six-acre neighborhood park and community center. Thanks to close cooperation among three development entities, the project was able to satisfy multiple objectives: It provides affordable housing, preserves open space, offers recreational facilities, and provides an economic return to the landowner.
