25 is the adaptive use of an obsolete 306,261-square-foot (28,451-square-meter) 1970s manufacturing plant, entailing conversion into a mixed-use, campus-style office park with retail, restaurants, and future hotels. A former eyesore, the building now is a landmark and sets a new standard for commercial real estate development in the Albuquerque market.
