A multiuse project on an 11.7-hectare (28.9-acre) site located within the new, master-planned Marina Centre central business district of Singapore. The megadevelopment comprises five blocks of office space, including one 18-story and four 45-story office towers, the largest international exhibition and convention center in southeast Asia, Singapore’s largest shopping and entertainment center, and two basement levels of parking for 3,200 cars, a landmark fountain, and other amenities.
