A brief is a short version of a case study.

Silver Moon Lodge is a multifamily rental workforce housing development located at the periphery of Albuquerque’s central business district, along historic Route 66. It was designed to take advantage of nearby urban amenities as well as proximity to the city’s growing bikeway network. The building’s location and bike amenities allow residents to live easily without a car, allowing developers to provide fewer parking spaces in favor of lower costs. Silver Moon Lodge includes 154 residential units along with 4,500 square feet of retail space, allowing residents to access all that the city has to offer in a sustainable and active way.
