A 48-unit, mixed-use, low-income housing development located in the Albina community in Portland, Oregon, featuring 12,000 square feet of commercial space, including an on-site daycare center. In addition, two houses that were part of the original acquisition were rehabilitated as duplexes and relocated adjacent to the project. Albina Corner is one of the first examples of transit-oriented development outside the downtown Portland core. The project sets a high standard for future redevelopment in the area and already has begun to act as a catalyst for neighborhood revitalization.
