A brief is a short version of a case study.

In December 2000, the Stadsfeestzaal, a historic festival hall in Antwerp, was ravaged by a fire that nearly destroyed the 100-year-old historic monument. Multi Development, in a joint investment with Bank of Ireland Private Banking, refurbished the 19th-century neoclassical building, restoring its luxurious character and converting it to a high-end shopping center. The four-level structure now consists of 20,500 square meters (220,660 sf) of retail space, 49 planned multifamily units, and 275 underground parking stalls and provides the missing link between two existing shopping districts.
